| A 48 yrs. old male Mr. RR reported with brown cauliflower-like growth which was on the neck since childhood. The size of the growth had been constant and small. Suddenly there was an increase in the size. Now it was pea-sized and increasing every week. Last week another similar-looking growth had also come up on the left side of the neck. |

| Patient came from a south Indian family and was working as quality control manager with a well known company. He had 2 brothers and both parents were dead. His father died of stroke and mother had been asthmatic. He had 2 children one son, one daughter. His wife was a house-wife. |

| Patient had a craving for sour, sweets and salt. He had a good appetite and sleep. His dreams were mainly of work and accidents. |

| His uric acid levels were on higher side but patient had no problems with it. |

| Patient was satisfied with his job and got along well with all his seniors and colleague’s. He was well respected and known for his punctuality and discipline. |

| He had maintained his son’s health and diet record on day to day basis for 3 yrs without a miss. The records were clear, precise and meticulous. |

At home he was disciplined and expected it from his children. He got along well with his wife who was in awe of him and respected him.

| He came from a small town where his father was a teacher. They were not so well off financially. His father was irritable by temperament and mother was docile. His brothers had major issues with their father on account of their monetary and behavioural problems. However patient does not have any problems. He believes his father did what he could best do and they all did well after all so it does not trouble him. |

| His only concern was the studies of his son whom he finds lazy and average in intelligence. |
